Our average completion time is 2-4 working days, or less. If a request is large or more complex, this will be broken down into smaller chunks of delivery.

As an example: a simple logo design is a typical request and delivers in 2-4 working days; a full Brand Identity website design is a large request and may take several weeks to finalise.

Regardless, you will see meaningful progress every few days.

Once you’ve picked the plan that works best for you and subscribed, we’ll get you up and running with your dedicated Trello board (between 08:00-19:00 GMT, Mon-Fri).

As soon as you accept your Trello invite, you can start raising requests. Instructions on how to use your board and raise requests are ready to meet you there. And we’re just a message away at any time.

If you would like, we can also arrange a welcome call to get things started.

You can raise as many requests to your queue as you like, and prioritise them as you see fit. We’ll work on them one by one, and always take requests from the top of your queue.

That is absolutely fine! Just know that we’ll need to break it down into manageable chucks—i.e. 2-4 days’ worth of delivery—so it will take longer to fully deliver than a more typical request.

We’ll remain in constant communication throughout, and you can expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 2-4 days.

For the majority of our design work, we use Adobe Suite and/or Figma.

For website development, we can use either Squarespace, Shopify, or Webflow—catered to your budget, technical know-how, and needs.

Squarespace, or Shopify development is included in all subscriptions, as another kind of design request. As long as your requirements can be met by one of these platforms, we’ll take care of the build for you.

Once your website is ready to go live, it will be transferred to your own account for you to own. This means you do not need to have an active Burnt Grove subscription to maintain your website. Of course, if you would like us to continue working on your live site, that will be included in an ongoing subscription.

This sort of work will take longer to deliver.

Not a problem! Revisions are part of the process, and we’ll revise each design until you’re 100% happy.

Yes. We don’t currently cater for 3D design/modelling, animations, video, nor extensive print designs (e.g. full magazines, books, etc.).

If you submit a request that we cannot service, we will aim to let you know well before it would move to ‘In Progress’ and do our best to support a suitable alternative.

Due to the intensive, bespoke nature of the work, we cannot offer any refunds outside of the first week of your subscription. This will be limited to 75% of the monthly fee.

No refunds will be given for completed work.

Of course! We know how varied your needs can be, so whether you need us for a month, a year, or longer, it’s all down to you.

Currently, we only take on 5-6 clients at any one time.

If we’re fully booked at the time you enquire, we’ll be glad to add you to the waiting list. We’ll notify when a slot becomes available, which will be filled on a first come basis.
